Destination D23 is Coming to Walt Disney World

Destination D23

Last year, D23 planned a Destination D23: Fantastic Worlds event to be held at the Walt Disney World Resort. Due to COVID-19 this event was held virtually. Although that was disappointing for those Guests who wanted to attend in person, we are excited to announce that Destination D23 will now be held at Walt Disney World Resort for 2021.

D23 shares, “As we celebrate 50 years of the Walt Disney World Resort and more! Be the first to hear exciting announcements and see sneak peaks from the many worlds of Disney- and relive your favorite memories with behind-the-scenes stories, special guests, and so much more at this fan-favorite event!”

Event Information

Destination D23: a Fan-tastic Disney Celebration will be held at Disney’s Contemporary Resort from November 19th-21st, 2021. This event will coincide with Magic Kingdom’s 50th Anniversary celebrations and the newly remodeled rooms at the Contemporary Resort that we just shared earlier today.

This event was just announced today and tickets for Gold Members are to go on sale sometime in July. We will share exact dates once they are announced.This event will no doubt be quite popular so be sure to mark your calendars once these dates are announced.

Destination D23 will be held at Disney’s Contemporary Resort from November 19-21, 2021.

Interested in attending this event? Many of the D23 events are held on the West Coast, so this is very exciting for a D23 closer for the many of the Walt Disney World Guests.
