At Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground you will find trails, three pools and entertainment and activities of all kinds! This resort is unique as you won't find any other resort like it at Disney. The resort opened on November 19, 1971. It consists of both campsites and cabins for guests to enjoy.

Updated Rules Giving To Guests

Guests at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground are receiving updated guidelines upon check-in at the resort.

These updated rules include "Guest-Initiated Activities."

The updated rules include information about updated "Guest-Initiated Activities." It states:

  • The sale, advertisement, solicitations or display of goods or services is prohibited unless prior written approval by Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground has been obtained.
  • Providing bartending services, selling or serving alcohol to members of the public or other Guests at the resort and campground is strictly prohibited.
  • Guest-initiated events or activities that may impeded the operation of Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, including but not limited to, activities that obstruct, block or impact parking areas, sidewalks, driveways, roadways or traffic throughout the resort and campground, are prohibited. We reserve the right to prohibit, cancel, suspend or otherwise restrict Guest-initiated events or activities without prior notice and without refund, liability or compensation, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances otherwise so require, in our sole and absolute discretion.
