Disney World Just Dropped Our Favorite Brunch Spot
This is another change that leaves us confused if Disney really knows their target audience or not. Check out the most recent change.
Breakfast at Disney World

There is no shortage of breakfast options at Walt Disney World. Guests can enjoy quick-service meals, leisurely table-service dining, delightful character meals, and even grab-and-go options.
A character meal or table service dining is a favorite way for many Disney Guests to enjoy a rest day or even their final day at Walt Disney World.
One popular breakfast buffet returns next week at Chefs de France, located at EPCOT on select dates. Find out full details HERE.
Popular Brunch Ending

Olivia's Cafe is located at Disney's Old Key West. Even Guests not staying at Old Key West make dining reservations just to enjoy the delicious food and unique dining experience.
Breakfast seems to be the most popular meal at this location. Olivia's Cafe serves traditional breakfast items, such as pancakes and omelets, and some specialties of its own, like the Banana Bread French Toast.
Disney now notifies Guests that Brunch will no longer be offered at Olivia's Cafe beginning October 6, 2026.

You asked a great question. Are we Disney's target audience any longer? I don't know. Chapek said Disney makes more money on the occasional WDW guests, those who stay on property, eat at WDW restaurants, visit the parks every day, and just stay in the Disney bubble. So Disney began structuring prices and services to discourage regular guests from coming back. I think this has continued, even though Chapek is no longer CEO. I think Josh "gets it," and am looking for tangible evidence that the historically loyal guests are welcomed once again.
I'm thinking they forgot who their audience was a long, long time ago. I'm less and less excited to go back. We have a trip coming right after the new year that I honestly don't even want to go on. If it was all about me, I'd go to NYC this fall for a nice long trip instead.
