Disney shares, "Entertainment offerings, showtimes, attractions, and experiences are subject to change without notice. Inclement weather conditions may affect outdoor entertainment."

This new page now warns Guests that refunds are not guaranteed due to inclement weather. Of course, this will be determined by each party specifically.

If you experience inclement weather that cancels many of the outdoor entertainment the entire party, you can check Guest Relations at City Hall near the Park entrance.
