Extra Disney Magic with These New Park Hours
Finally, Walt Disney World is extending park hours. This is a great way to enjoy the Parks while also enjoying lower wait times.

Our Kenny the Pirate writing team updates you with the latest news on Disney's theme parks. The park hours initially provided by Disney can help you prepare for your visit, but they often change as the dates get closer.
If you're staying at a Disney Resort, take advantage of the extra 30 minutes each morning to enter the parks with the early entry benefit. Take a look at previously announced extended hours HERE.
As Walt Disney World shifts from "Cool KIDS' SUMMER" to fall, there are several operational changes that will affect the Walt Disney World Theme Parks.
Magic Kingdom Park Hours
Guests can enjoy Magic Kingdom even later on Monday, August 17th; Wednesday, August 19th; and Thursday, August 20th, as the Park now closes at 11:00 pm. On Wednesday, August 19th, Extended Evening Hours will shift from 11:00 pm to 1:00 am.
Magic Kingdom will open early on Tuesday, August 18th; Friday, August 21st; and Saturday, August 22nd at 8:00 am (7:30 am Early Entry).
The above-mentioned dates are all nights when Magic Kingdom will close early for day ticket guests for Mickey's Not So Very Scary Halloween Party. That is, except for Saturday, August 22, 2026.
This will be one of the best days to visit the Magic Kingdom. The park will open early at 8:00 am for all Guests and 7:30 am (Early Entry Disney Resort guests). The park will close later than first announced at 11:00 pm.

Hollywood Studios & Animal Kingdom Park Hours
On Sunday, August 16th; Monday, August 17th; Tuesday, August 18th; Thursday, August 20th; Friday, August 21st; and Saturday, August 21st, Disney's Hollywood Studios closes at 10:00 pm.
For these dates, a second showing of Fantasmic! will be offered at 9:00 pm and 10:30 pm.
Disney reserves the right to adjust park hours without warning.
Disney's Animal Kingdom offers later hours on Sunday, August 16th; Monday, August 17th; Tuesday, August 18th; Wednesday, August 19th; Thursday, August 20th; and Friday, August 21st at 7:00 pm.
