Park reservations are still required for guests with non-date-based tickets.  Passholders do not need a Park Reservation if visiting a park after 2 pm (except Magic Kingdom on a Saturday or Sunday) or on a "Good to Go" day.

These dates will be added sporadically and may be added days or weeks in advance. On "Good to Go" dates, Annual Passholders can visit the theme parks without making a reservation.

Once a "Good to Go" day is added, it will remain "Good to Go."

Disney began the Park Reservation after the parks shut down for the pandemic to help manage attendance. Now, Park Reservations are only required for Annual Passholders and other non-date based tickets.

Many Annual Passholders dislike the Park Reservation System, and hope that Disney will eventual remove it. Some Passholders make Park Reservations the day of their visit as most days have plenty of availability.

However, days can still sell out. We saw this happen during the July 4th holiday weekend.
