After promising several much-needed updates, Disney is quietly testing a new search feature.

Many guests would rather not be on their phone while on vacation, but the My Disney Experience app for Disney World Guests is truly invaluable.

Earlier, we shared that Disney CEO Josh D'Amaro and executives are now discussing ways to simplify the way Disney guests gain access to all things Disney.

This would create a "Super App" with Disney+ being the center of streaming, purchasing merchandise, securing park tickets, enjoying games, and experiences.

Disney CEO Josh D'Amaro shares that the Walt Disney Company will use AI (Artificial Intelligence) to help make Disney Park planning easier. Learn more about this HERE.

This will help make booking a Disney vacation easier by helping Guests compare vacation options and review Disney rates across multiple dates.

One constant frustration for Guests is the search engine featured on the My Disney Experience app. This new update will feature an AI search platform. Disney promises that most of these updates will arrive later this year.

It appears that testing is now underway on the Walt Disney World website. When we searched for "Happily Ever After," an AI Overview titled "Cast Preview" popped up.

Disney World's website is now testing an AI Overview.

It seems that this is still in the testing phase, as this new tool came with this warning: "I'm still learning and don't have information on that topic right now, but I can help with most food and beverage questions".
