BREAKING: runDisney Will Not Have Princess Half Marathon Weekend Registration Today
General Registration for the 2027 Princess Half Marathon was set to open today. Find out what is happening now.
2027 Princess Half Marathon
The runDisney 2027 Princess Half Marathon takes place February 26th through March 1st 2027. General registration was set to open today, June 2nd, at 10am.
Athletes can bypass this stressful experience and guarantee entry with three different options.
These options include "Perfect" status (have run every race since the beginning), run for a charity, or be a Gold or Platinum Club runDisney Member.
Registration Glitch!
Unfortunately, athletes were left frustrated today, as they were met with delays when registration was set to open. At first, athletes were informed that registration was delayed and update would occur at 10:30 AM.
Athletes experienced multiple notifications today that race registration would be delayed. This brought back flashbacks to when athletes experienced technical issues when registering for the 2023 Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend.
Around 10:30 AM runDisney informed athletes that registration was still delayed and another update would be provided at 11 AM. You can read more about this HERE.
Registration Postponed!
At 11 AM, runDisney shared that the Princess Half Marathon Weekend registration would not be happening today. You can see what the registration page looks like in the above image.
"Please note: We know many of you are eager to register for the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend, and we apologize for the delay...Unfortunately, registration will not take place today. We'll share an update on runDisney social accounts by 8:00 PM ET this evening."
