This "Free" Disney World Lightning Lane Hack Isn't New
Guests hoping to enjoy a free Lightning Lane may want to check out this warning for the most recent "Lightning Lane Hack" shared by Disney fans.
Lightning Lane Multi-Pass
The Lightning Lane Multi-Pass allows Guests to bypass the traditional standby queue for select attractions for a fee. This service uses variable pricing and varies based on crowd levels and the Park. For example, Disney's Animal Kingdom is typically the lowest priced, while Magic Kingdom is usually at the high end.
Lightning Lanes can be purchased as a Multi-Pass or an Individual Lightning Lane. There is also a Premier Pass, which eliminates the need for ride reservations, but it comes at a premium price.

Free Lightning Lane Hack
Many Guests love the idea of skipping the traditional line, but dislike the rising costs of Lightning Lane. Recently, several other Disney Guests shared what they reported as a "new Lightning Lane" hack.
In May 2022, we first shared that we received a free Lightning Lane for Pirates of the Caribbean at Magic Kingdom. This was after helping Captain Jack to raid the "Treasures of the Seven Seas!" with the "A Pirates Adventure" scavenger hunt.
"A Pirate's Adventure" consists of 5 missions. Once you have completed all 5 missions, you will be asked to join Captain Jack's crew and receive the GRAND PRIZE of a card signed by Captain Jack Sparrow. You can check out our full review HERE.
Lightning Lane Hack Removed
This was from our original post, "To our surprise, once we completed our last mission, the friendly Cast Member gave us a Lightning Lane pass to journey through the Pirates of the Caribbean. I do not think that the Lighting Lane is included in the completion of this adventure, but this was a fun extra that we very much enjoyed."
The only promised reward from "A Pirates Adventure" is a card signed by Captain Jack Sparrow.
This was never guaranteed or promised as part of the scavenger hunt and was simply "Pixie Dust". According to Guests, this free Lightning Lane is removed, but really, it was never promised.
