Disney World Resort Warns Guests of Hard Closure
Do you enjoy visiting different Walt Disney World Resorts to enjoy dining and amenities? Now Disney is setting up tighter restrictions that may put a damper on your next trip to Walt Disney World.
Enjoying Resort Amenities

There is so much to enjoy and do at Walt Disney World Resort that extends far outside simply the 4 Theme Parks. Guests can enjoy great dining and entertainment at any of the Disney Resorts. You do not have to have a resort reservation to make dining reservations at select resort table service restaurants.
Guests can even enjoy fun entertainment such as the fun Sing-along with Chip 'n' Dale at Fort Wilderness. Be sure to check out the full details for this FREE activity HERE.
For the majority of dates, all guests are free to visit Walt Disney World Resorts, but restrictions have been put in place on a few occasions.
Hard Closure Restrictions

For example, restrictions have been put in place on a few occasions for the 4th of July and Halloween.
Currently, Guests staying at Disney's Fort Wilderness are being warned, "Dear Guest, Thank you for staying with us at The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort!
To help make sure you and all resort guests staying with us have enough parking and amenities, we'll only be allowing guests listed on a resort room, dining or recreation reservation to park at the resort."
Reason for Hard Closure

The current warning does not include dates, but we assume that this may be in preparation for upcoming Easter activities. Many Disney Guests enjoy visiting Fort Wilderness at Easter for fun egg hunts, decorations, and more.
Fort Wilderness now restricts parking for only guests with dining, resort, or recreation reservations.
This will limit access to guests with a resort or dining reservation ONLY. Typically guests can add a "Day Guest" to their resort reservation. For this hard closure, this option will not be available.
Will this affect your plans at Walt Disney World? Do you think stricter parking should be enforced throughout the year? Share your thoughts with us and share this news with your Disney pals.
