Epic Universe Attraction Reopens Earlier Than Expected!

An Epic Universe attraction has opened ahead of schedule. Find out which attraction is now open!

Stardust Racers Refurbishment

Stardust Racers closed on February 19th for a brief refurbishment. At the time of the attractions closure, it was only expected to be closed through February 21st.

Stardust Racers closed for what was to be a brief refurbishment on February 19th. 

No details were shared on what the refurbishment entails.  

Refurbishment Extensions

Unfortunately, Universal had to extend the refurbishment for Stardust Racers multiple times. The first time the refurbishment was extended through March 14th.  Then they shared that Stardust Racers would be closed through April 5th.

Stardust Racers was scheduled to reopen on April 6th, 2026 

If Universal kept to the most recently announced reopening date, Stardust Racers would be closed for over six weeks! This also made the attraction closed for busy Spring Break crowds.

Stardust Racers NOW OPEN!

Today at Epic Universe, Stardust Racers is back open! This reopening comes more than a week earlier than anticipated.

This is great news for guests visiting Epic Universe. At the time of this writing, the estimated wait time for Stardust Racers is 105 minutes!
