New Addition to This Disney World Resort Hotel Adds Character

Disney has made an addition to one resort that adds a whole lot of character. Find out which resort has gotten this upgrade.

The Cabins At Fort Wilderness

The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort will eventually (staggered opening of cabin loops) offer more than 350 cabins that "bring refreshed cabin hideaways." This DVC (Disney Vacation Club) resort is the 17th Disney Vacation Club Resort and began welcoming Guests on July 1, 2024.

New Addition

On my way (Heather's) most recent stay at the Cabins, I noticed some new decor. On the outside of each cabin were two decorative paddles. Check out the new addition in the picture above.

Character-inspired decorative paddles have been added to the outside of each cabin.

Each cabin has two character-inspired paddles hung on the outside that reads "Welcome Home." Some of the characters you can spot are Mickey, Donald, Goofy, and Chip 'n Dale.

Additional New Updates At The Cabins

Disney has been adding Hand and Body Lotion pump bottles to some of the resorts on property. The new hand soap and body lotion pump bottles have now been rolled out into the Cabins.

The new hand soap and body lotion pump bottles have arrived at the Disney Vacation Club Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.

In the Cabins there is also a Hand and Dish Soap in the kitchen. You can read more about this addition click HERE.
