Many still question the high price of staying on property at the Walt Disney World Resort, with so many favorite amenities removed. Now, a new Disney Resort perk is unavailable.
Guests staying at select resorts can enjoy Extended Evening Hours on select nights. Of course, many enjoy using the various modes of free Disney transportation throughout Walt Disney World.

Disney Resort Perk Unavailable
For 2025 packages, Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel can enjoy admission to one of the water parks on check-in day! This is included with your stay.
Many Walt Disney World guests traveling to the "Sunshine State" are surprised at the current forecast. It is quite chilly by Florida standards.
Due to cooler temperatures, Disney will close Typhoon Lagoon Water Park on Monday, December 15th, and Tuesday, December 16, 2025. At this time, normal operational hours remain for December 18th.
Changes to Disney World Resort Perks
This is a bit disappointing for guests. The weather is definitely something to consider when planning your trip around this new perk.
Typhoon Lagoon is closed for all Walt Disney World guests.
