This EPCOT Entertainment Returns for the First Time Since 2020

Many Disney guests don't remember some of the entertainment that has been missing since 2020. Now, EPCOT is even more magical!

One of our favorite parts of the Disney Parks is the "Streetmosphere" performers and entertainment. These take place on the "street" as their name suggests, and offer so much magic and fun to the Parks.

Along with Disney-hired entertainers, Disney offers an opportunity for select musical groups to perform at select Walt Disney World locations.

Marching Bands Return to EPCOT

The Disney Imagination Campus allows these band members to feel like honorary Cast Members for the day. Consequently, this also brings back the feeling of pageantry, magic, and familiarity of a street that Walt Disney imagined to remind us of a simpler time.

It took some time, but finally, marching bands returned to the Disney Springs Stage. I (Donna) still remember the first time I heard marching bands return to the Magic Kingdom in November 2021.

Many guests forget that marching bands also performed at EPCOT before the Parks closed in 2020.

When will marching bands perform at EPCOT

Thanks to a Cast Member's social media post, marching bands have returned to EPCOT. This is an entertainment option that you will not see listed on your My Disney Experience app.

Marching bands return to EPCOT's World Showcase

Visiting marching bands will start at the American Pavilion and perform for guests along the World Showcase. Typically, these performances will be in the morning before the World Showcase becomes crowded.

This is such a great opportunity for the musicians, as well as for EPCOT guests.
