Disappointing Change for Disney World Park Hours
Walt Disney World guests may need to adjust their park plans based on these new park hours just released. Will this affect your trip?

As Walt Disney World shifts to all things Christmas, there are several operational changes that will affect the Theme Parks.
Magic Kingdom Park Hours
Walt Disney World often adjusts operating hours based on crowd attendance and will often open Magic Kingdom early on Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party nights.
Here is the good news: Magic Kingdom will open early on December 7, 11, 12, and 13, 2025, at 8:00 am for all Guests and 7:30 am (Early Entry Disney Resort guests).
Disappointingly, Tuesday, December 9th, is also a date for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. Unfortunately, the Magic Kingdom does not open early on this date. The park will open at 9:00 am for all Guests and 8:30 am (Early Entry Disney Resort guests).
It is interesting to note that December 13, 2025, is not a date for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. However, the Magic Kingdom opens early (as mentioned above) and closes later at 11:00 pm.
Walt Disney World December Park Hours
Disney's Hollywood Studios will open earlier on December 10th and 13th at 8:30 am for all guests and 8:00 am for Early Entry. This will allow day guests to enjoy the parks earlier, as the park will close early for Disney's Jollywood Nights.
Unfortunately, Magic Kingdom will not offer earlier park hours on December 9, 2025.
December 12th, Disney's Hollywood Studios opens at 8:30 am for all guests and 8:00 am for Early Entry, even though this is not a Disney's Jollywood Nights. Guests can enjoy a little extra magic in the parks this day.
December 13, 2025, will be a great day to visit Disney's Animal Kingdom. The park will open at 8:00 am for all guests and at 7:30 am for Early Entry. Animal Kingdom will stay open later until 8:00 pm.

I have been coming to MK since 1971 the week it opened I was a Cast member for 7 years & my husband worked for Reedy Reek we had friends come in from Arizona and went to MK 11/19 it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had it was a total embarrassment and insane with THE OBVIOUS OVER CAPACITY OF TOURISTS AIT TOOK 2 1/2 hours to get to the DAM FEERY DUE TO THE DAM LINES LET ALONE THE DAM MONORAIL
Oh no, I'm so sorry you had a bad experience at Magic Kingdom. I hope your next trip may be less crowded.
