Christmas at Disney World
The holiday season is a great time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. There's something extra magical about being at Disney World during the holiday season. Disney offers ALL the Christmas decorations, characters in unique costumes, festive meals, and so much more!
Magic Kingdom also offers a special hard ticketed event, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, during the holiday season. Check out the changes for this year's party HERE.
Shifting From Halloween to Christmas
In years past, Disney has brought out the Christmas decorations as soon as Halloween was over (November 1st). This was exciting for many Guests as if it were magic transforming the park from Halloween to Christmas overnight.
This was always one of my favorite times to visit as you got to experience both seasons in one trip.
Recently, Disney shared that Christmas decorations wouldn't be making their arrival at the Magic Kingdom until November 2nd.
Christmas Has Arrived at Magic Kingdom

Don't forget that Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party will run on select nights through the holidays beginning November 7, 2025.
