Gideon's Bakehouse in Disney World is an extremely popular bakery in Disney Springs. People often line up around the block for the popular cakes, cookies, and cold brews, which are lovingly crafted from high-quality ingredients daily.
When I (Katie) am in the line, people often walk up and ask, "Is it worth the wait?" And, if you love soft cookies that are sweet, but not too sweet, and delicious cake slices, the answer is unequivocally, YES.

Every month, Gideon's Bakehouse releases a special cookie that will only be around for a limited time! For the month of November, Gidoen's is bringing back something fans have been waiting for!
Several seasons ago, Gideon's brought stuffed cookies to guests for one weekend only! And, they bring them back every once in a while for a weekend here and there.
Now, the famous stuffed cookies are here all month long! But, there is a twist. You can get a different flavor every week!
Week-By-Week Flavor List
You can get a different stuffed cookie each week in November. Here is the rundown.
- November 1st to 7th: Vanilla Cream Cheese: This is the one that started it all. It is A Vanilla Bean Sugar Cookie stuffed with a delicious Cream Cheese Frosting!
- November 8th to 14th: Chocolate Peanut Butter
- November 15th to 21st: Birthday Cake
- November 22nd to 30th: Pumpkin Cheesecake
