Character Shakeup at Disney's Animal Kingdom
Disney's Animal Kingdom just announced major changes and this now affects our favorite character meet and greets. Find out how these changes may affect your next trip to Animal Kingdom.
DinoLand Changes

DinoLand is about to become extinct at Disney's Animal Kingdom. An entirely new land is on the way. It is set to be themed around Tropical Americas! We can't wait to see Welcome to Pueblo Esperanza!
Unfortunately, this new expansion also means the closures for our favorite attractions. Last week, The Boneyard closed. Disney used this closure to announce the future of DinoLand USA.
Disney announced the final date to "Go catch that dino!" aboard DINOSAUR.
DinoLand Character Changes

With The Boneyard now closed, large construction walls now line the pathway and block the main entrance into DinoLand. We are thankful that DINOSAUR is still available, but Dinsey's Animal Kingdom looks much more like a construction zone than a themed land now.
The new construction walls also created another problem with one of our favorite meet and greets at Disney's Animal Kingdom. Previously, Donald greeted guests across from the former Chester & Hester's Dinosaur Treasures.
Now due to construction walls, Donald Duck is greeting guests at the hangar near Restarauntsoaurus.
Where to find DinoLand Characters

Previously, Guests could meet bird-watching Goofy at this hangar. Goofy has now moved near the Wildlife Express Train in Africa. This summer, Daisy Duck greeted guests inside Restaurantosaurus for "Cool Kid Summer."
Donald Duck has now moved near Restarauntosaurus in DinoLand USA.
Daisy Duck has returned to her traditional meet and greet near the end of the Cretaceous Trail. The adorable mishevious duo, Chip 'n' Dale still greet guests at their traditional spot along the Cretaceous Trail in their cute dino costumes.
What do you think of these changes? Do you plan to visit DinoLand before it goes extinct? Share your thoughts with us and share this news with your Disney pals.
