DinoLand is about to be extinct at Disney's Animal Kingdom. An entire new land is on the way. It is set to be themed around Tropical Americas! We can't wait to see Welcome to Pueblo Esperanza!

Earlier today we shared that Disney's Animal Kingdom looks much different with the closing of The Boneyard. This makes it much more difficult to enjoy the DINOSAUR attraction. Check out these new changes HERE.

Disney shared "While you're visiting, make sure that you 'go get that dino' at DINOSAUR. We've previously shared this attraction will be closing to make way for teh new Tropical Americas Land- 2025 is your year to visit before it goes extinct!"

Disney now announced that the last day for guests to enjoy DINOSAUR at Disney's Animal Kingdom will be on February 1, 2026.

Beginning February 2, 2026 the last parts of DinoLand USA will offically close including the DINOSAUR attraction and Restaurantosaurs dining location.

This HUGE closure will, in effect, send ripples throughout the rest of Disney's Animal Kingdom. The menu for Restaurantosaurus will move to Harambe Market. Harambe Market is expected to close for refurbishment this winter to prepare for this change. Check out which attraction will close earlier for a planned refurbishment becasue of these changes HERE.

Unfortunately, the closing of DinoLand USA will also affect a few of our favorite meet and greets including Daisy Duck, Donald Duck and Chip 'n Dale.

All of these characters will be relocated beginning February 2, 2026. The location and costume changes are not yet announced for this reimagined meet and greet.
