Magic Kingdom Dining Reopens Soon as a "Pop-up Experience"
Magic Kingdom is set to reopen a dining location with a brand new menu, and we don't know how we feel about this change.
Diamond Horseshoe Closing

For Cool KIDS' SUMMER, Disney shared that a brand-new character interactive experience is coming to Magic Kingdom.
Join Jessie, Woody, and friends for some energetic fun at Jessie's Roundup, where you'll craft, dance, and yodel your hearts out in this western revue.
This was a great spot for Guests to enjoy fun character interactions while also enjoying air conditioning inside the Diamond Horseshoe.
New Diamond Horseshoe Menu

The Diamond Horseshoe temporarily ended table-service dining in preparation for Jessie's Roundup during Cool Kids' Summer beginning May 16, 2026.
Before reopening, Disney just revealed a brand new menu for Diamond Horseshoe. The biggest change is that instead of family-style dining, the menu shifts to a "pop-up experience".
The showstopper is the savory charcuterie board (pictured above). Topped with cured beef, 'fancy bacon', smoked pork, green chile cheese, smoked cheddar, and pickles, it's a dream for all who step into The Diamond Horseshoe's doors: fine city folk and cowboys alike!
Diamond Horseshoe Beverages

There are 2 beverage options, with a non-alcoholic Enchanting Ember Lemonade made with Minute Maid Premium Lemonade, strawberry, and hot honey, garnished with a chili-lime rim.

For Guests 21+, enjoy a beautiful Cactus Rose Margarita, made with LALO Blanco Tequila, prickly pear, lime, and agave. It isn't only tasty to sip and savor, but it's worth snapping a pic or two - just look at that gorgeous pink color!
Disney will share news of more small plates to be featured at Diamond Horseshoe soon.
Guests hoping to enjoy the classic Thanksgiving-style meal formerly offered at Diamond Horseshoe are encouraged to dine at Liberty Tree Tavern at Magic Kingdom.
Disney has not announced a reopening date for Diamond Horseshoe, but we assume dining may resume at the end of Cool KIDS' SUMMER on September 8, 2026.
