Disney Balloons Announced for Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade

If you love the tradition of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, we have some fun news for you today! Disney announced several amazing balloons for you and yours to look forward to for the 2025 parade!

Disney in the Thanksgiving Parade

The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade is an iconic television event. People from all over the United States tune in each year to enjoy coverage as the parade filled with performers, musical acts, floats, and gigantic balloons moves through the streets of New York.

In fact, for many families, it is an annual tradition! It just doesn't feel like Thanksgiving without the delightful parade in the background.

2025 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade

So far, we have balloons announced from several Disney properties. They include classic Disney cartoons, Pixar, and Marvel!

Minnie Mouse will be floating over the streets. She'll be wearing her iconic red and white polka-dot dress.

This year, Buzz Lightyear will be joining her, taking the parade to infinity, and beyond! And, be on the lookout for someone swinging from building to building because Spider-Man is set to make an appearance too!

When to Tune In

If you want to catch the 99th Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, you can tune in on Thanksgiving Day, which is November 27, 2025, this year. The parade coverage runs from 8:30 a.m. to noon EST.
