This Disney Park Entrance To Close Indefinitely

Pixar Place Exclusive Park Entrance

Pixar Place Hotel has a dedicated park entrance to Disney's California Adventure Park. In May, Disney closed this entrance to begin work on the new turnstiles.

The Pixar Place Hotel's dedicated Disney California Adventure Park entrance was closed through mid June.

During the closure Disney had Pixar Place Hotel Guests use the park entrance that was located in Disney's Grand California Hotel & Spa, which is near GCH Craftsman Bar and Grill.

Pixar Place Park Entrance Closing Indefinitely

Yesterday, Disney shared that the dedicated entrance to Disney's California Adventure Park would be closing on January 5, 2026. The upcoming closure is said to be due to low Guest use.

Disneyland also shared that Early Park Entry would also be ending due to low Guest use. Instead, Disneyland Resort Guests would be getting one Lightning Lane to a Lightning Lane MultiPass attraction. You can read more about this change HERE.

Unfortunately, the Pixar Place Hotel's entrance to Disney's California Adventure Park is closing indefinitely. At this time, Disneyland officials confirmed that there is no plan to reopen the entrance and this decision was made to align with the demand of the Guests.

Impact on Guests

This is certainly disappointing for Guests planning on staying at Pixar Place Hotel, as the exclusive park entrance is a nice perk.

Guests staying at Pixar Place Hotel are able to use Disney's Grand California's entrance to Disney's California Adventure Park.

The Pixar Place Hotel entrance will be closed for both entering and exiting the park.
