Surprise! Check Out The Characters We Spotted in Frontierland

Disney's Cool Kid Summer has brought a lot of fun to Disney World. Check out who it has brought to Frontierland!

Cool Kid Summer

Disney is hosting "Cool Kid Summer" with summer limited-time activities throughout Walt Disney World. This event runs from May 27 through September 1, 2025.

There are new maps available at each Theme Park designed to help you enjoy each activity, including a fun scavenger hunt.

Woody and Jessie Spotted in Frontierland

The other day, we spotted Woody and Jessie roaming in Frontierland at Magic Kingdom! Before Cool Kid Summer started, they had only been seen in parades or calvacades.

Both Jessie and Woody were roaming and greeting Guests throughout Frontierland.

We spotted them outside of Country Bear Musical Jamboree. Guests were loving the interactions with the characters, and quite a crowd gathered around the characters.

What Does This Mean For You?

If you were hoping to come upon this roaming character meet, you will have to hang out in Frontierland. These characters do not have a scheduled meet and greet time, so they will randomly appear in Frontierland.

There is no scheduled time for these character appearances. Character Attendants will remind Guests that there is no formal line to meet them.

It is also important to note that there are no formal lines for these roaming character meet and greets. The characters will continue to roam and greet Guests in no particular order.
