Disney World Surprises Guests Four Days In a Row
Walt Disney World is even more magical this week, and the surprises are still coming. Find out which parks have new attractions open for guests.
Disney Starlight Soft Opening
Disney surprised guests with a soft opening of Disney Starlight Parade at 9:00 pm on Friday, July 18th, and showtimes at both 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm on Saturday, July 19th. at the Magic Kingdom.
This is a HUGE surprise for Guests! Due to this added surprise yesterday, July 19th, Park Reservations were no longer available for Annual Passholders at all four Walt Disney World Parks.
The Disney Starlight parade officially opens today, Sunday, July 20, 2025. As a reminder, Theme Park Reservations also change at Magic Kingdom starting today to accommodate this new entertainment.
Test Track Previews
Test Track is set to officially open soon and will use Lightning Lane Multi Pass. When it opens, Test Track will be a "Tier 1" attraction when Guests are pre-planning their attractions.
It will also be available during Early Entry and Extended Evening Hours. For the past several weeks, Test Track offered previews for Cast Members. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members.
The previews all went well, and on select dates, additional guests were allowed to enjoy a soft opening of Test Track.
Test Track Early Opening
Although Test Track does not officially open until Tuesday, July 22nd, guests visiting EPCOT today, July 20th, and tomorrow, July 21st, all guests can all enjoy a soft opening of Test Track. Test Track will only offer a standby queue on July 20th and 21st.

It is important to note that Test Track may experience downtime as this is still a soft opening, but this is a great surprise for EPCOT guests.
