At Walt Disney World, some dining experiences certainly outshine others. And, two of them shine brightly enough to earn MICHELIN Stars this year!
Disney’s MICHELIN Star Restaurants

A MICHELIN Star is awarded to restaurants offering outstanding cooking. According to Michelin, inspectors take into account five universal criteria: the quality of the ingredients, the harmony of flavors, the mastery of techniques, the personality of the chef as expressed through their cuisine, and consistency both across the entire menu and over time
Certainly, Disney has some amazing dining options mixed in with the standard theme park offerings you’d expect to find. But two are so impressive that they have been awarded MICHELIN stars and have maintained them this year!
Victoria & Alberts

The first is none other than Victoria & Albert’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. It is a truly special experience for those who love fine dining.
When Michelin inspectors began awarding stars in Orlando, many people raised an eyebrow when Victoria & Albert’s did not make the cut. After all, it has long been considered Disney’s finest dining experience and has raked in other recognitions, including the AAA Five Diamond Award every year since 2000.
However, last year, Victoria & Albert’s finally earned its MICHELIN Star! And this year it has maintained its MICHELIN Star status for the second year in a row.
Capa

You may not have heard as much about Disney’s other MICHELIN-starred restaurant. Capa is a delightful Spanish steakhouse located at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort.
Both Capa and Victoria & Alberts have earned MICHELIN Stars.
Capa earned a star in 2022 and has maintained it for another year. You can read a full review of Capa HERE.
