Rumor: Amazing Pool Plans for This New Disney Hotel

Disney Vacation Club has previously announced that Disney Lakeshore Lodge will replace Reflections - A Disney Lakeside Lodge. This new resort will be in the same footprint that was planned for the Reflections resort.

Disney has replaced the planned Reflections- A Disney Lakeside Lodge with Disney Lakeshore Lodge.

The new DVC resort is expected to open in 2027! Disney stated that the resort is "inspired by the majesty of nature and its enduring influence on Disney artists."

Pool Plans

An exciting rumor is swirling, and you are going to want to hear it. The rumored pool plans for Disney Lakeshore Lodge are sure to make this a popular resort.

The new resort is expected to have a feature pool along with a leisure pool.

The alleged plans include a lazy river, zero-entry design, water slides, and a splash pad. The anticipated location will leave pool guests with spectacular waterfront views. The Yacht and Beach Club are the only other Disney resorts to offer a lazy river, so this will be a great addition to this resort.

If you are staying at Fort Wilderness Campground or Disney's Wilderness Lodge you may hear or see some construction during your stay. You will definitely see and hear the construction when taking the boat from The Fort to the Magic Kingdom.

You may hear or see construction of this new resort if staying at Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground or Disney's Wilderness Lodge.

Right now, there is no new artwork released or official information regarding the amenities of this new resort. I know the big question some are asking (myself included) is "Will the walking path from The Fort to the Wilderness Lodge reopen after its completion?"
