If there is one thing that many people in the United States love, it’s enjoying a good sporting event. This became even more evident when sports channels on a popular cable company went dark right in time for several major sporting events. You can see the story HERE. And, now a new option for sports streaming is on the way to homes across America.

Fox Corp, Walt Disney’s ESPN, and Warner Bros. Discovery are teaming up in a collaboration. According to a statement today (Tuesday, February 6, 2024), the companies will build a new sports streaming platform to share sports assets. Each company will own one-third of the new entity.

This platform will bring together linear sports networks and streaming services such as ESPN+ to include major college and professional sporting events all in one place. This platform will be available to ESPN+, Hulu, and Max subscribers.

Essentially, it will be a mega sports streaming bundle. It will make it easier to find NFL NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAA, and PGA events owned by the different networks.

When Does it Launch

The product is so new that it does not even have a name yet. However, it does have a prospective launch date.

It is set to launch sometime in the fall of 2024. It will come to subscribers in its own app under its own brand, which is also currently nameless.
