Popular Disney Coaster is Closing for a Brief Time

For a stress-free Disney or Universal Studios vacation, let the FREE expert planners at Royal Carriage Vacations take care of every detail including dining reservations, applying discounts, and onboard cruise credit.

While Disney roller coasters tend to be more tame than other amusement/theme parks, they still draw big lines from Guests because of how fun they are! Unfortunately, one popular coaster is closing soon, but thankfully, only for a brief time.

Disney Closures

It is not uncommon for Disney attractions to be closed during your trip. It may be a permanent closure, or it may be closing to make way for a new attraction (as is the case with Splash Mountain/Tiana’s Bayou Adventure).

Other times, the attraction closes for refurbishment. It may need some updating and refreshing. The length of time an attraction may be closed can vary from one day (as we saw recently at Frozen Ever After) or several months (Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster).

Over at California Adventure, Incredicoaster is a very fast and fun coaster where you must find baby Jack-Jack! He is on the loose and must be found!

It is one of my (Monica) family’s favorite rides in the park and a must-do! It is a top-pick for rope dropping the park. Be sure to read about the best strategies for Early Entry California Adventure HERE and the secret entrance that will make it very easy to rope drop Incredicoaster HERE.

Incredicoaster will close briefly on March 4, 2024. Fortunately, it will only be closed for a brief time. However, not brief enough for many Guests who only spend a few days at Disneyland. Disney plans to reopen Incredicoaster on March 15, 2024.

Incredicoaster will close from March 4 to March 14. It reopens on March 15.
