Special Keepsakes
Part of the fun of a Disney vacation is looking back on all the special memories you made. I (Monica) have two giant bags with park maps, buttons, first haircut certificates, and character cards from restaurants.
Disney knows how special these memories, and there is usually some kind of token for each activity you participate in. Whether that be a sash from the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique or a special name tag for the Keys to the Kingdom tour, these are special mementos!
Disney is finally bringing one keepsake back that has been sorely missed!
ABD Pins
Disney used to hand out unique pins for every day of an ABD trip. What is ABD, you ask? It’s short for Adventures by Disney, which are one-of-a-kind trips around the world with Disney!
Adventures by Disney is returning to giving out a pin each day that one travels with them. They stopped this for a few years and are just now returning to doing it.
Basically, how it works is they give you a lanyard on day one with your first pin and each pin is specific to the activity that you did that day. At the end of your adventure, you have a lanyard full of pins to remember it by!
This activity resumes March 6, 2024.
