Gideon’s offers more than just its famous variety of cookies. Visitors can also enjoy delicious cold brew coffee and cake slices that are like nothing else you will find in Walt Disney World.
The desserts are so popular that a line forms daily for the treats. If you do not see a line, chances are there is a virtual queue available for you to join so you can shop and return when you are summoned.

December Cookies
Good news, Gideon’s fans! The December cookies have come to town EARLY this year. You can grab both the November AND December offerings right now.
First up, Gideon’s is bringing back a holiday favorite, Cookie Vom Krampus! It is a deeply rich super Chocolate Cookie covered in delicious Andes Mint.
Better yet, you can also enjoy the cookie in coffee form. Krampus Cold Brew is available at the Disney Springs location only.
The next offering is another holiday favorite. The Kris Kringle Cookie is a White Chocolate Coffee Bean Cookie filled with Coconut, Caramel, and Vanilla Bean.
Both cookies are available only through December 31, 2023, so do not hesitate to head to Disney Springs to grab a few. They will give way to the January offerings as soon as 2024 hits.

If you love collecting Gideon’s trading cards, you need to know about this. Right now, you can get a special Holiday Promo Trading Card FREE with your purchase. This card is only available on 3 occasions.
It is available today, November 24, 2023, with your merch purchase from the Gideon’s Bakehouse website. Or, you can pick one up with your purchase at either Gideon’s Bakehouse location.
If you miss out on the Black Friday rush, you can also grab one on Christmas Eve. Cards will be available at BOTH Gideon’s Bakehouse locations.
They will also be available with purchase on Christmas Day. However, they will only be at the Disney Springs location.
