We Now Have a Disney+ Date for Indiana Jones

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny is the latest in the Indiana Jones franchise. The film debuted in theaters earlier this year. And now, we have a release date for Disney+!

This year, Indiana Jones fans got one last adventure with their favorite archaeologist. It came 40 years after Raiders of the Lost Arc, the film that started it all.

The latest installment Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny is set 14 years after Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. And, according to the film’s star, Harrison Ford, the film does a good job of going “heavily back to the first and second film and getting that original feel, the original Indy, something dense and epic.”

Physical and Digital Copies

The film released in June 2023. But, if you were not able to enjoy it in theaters it’s available to purchase. In fact, you can bring it into your home through Video on Demand right now if you like. We have all the details here.

If you prefer physical media to digital downloads, you are not alone, and you are in luck. Disney just announced when you can own the movie on DVD, Blu-Ray, and 4K. Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny physical media launches in the United States later this year.

Disney+ Release Date

Fortunately, Disney+ will give you the chance to check the movie out before you decide you want the physical media form! It will stream on Disney+ beginning December 1, 2023.

This has been the pattern lately with some Disney movies. Both Elemental and The Little Mermaid began streaming on Disney+ before physical copies could be purchased.
