This year, Indiana Jones fans got one last adventure with their favorite archaeologist. It came 40 years after Raiders of the Lost Arc, the film that started it all.
The latest installment Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny is set 14 years after Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. And, according to the film’s star, Harrison Ford, the film does a good job of going “heavily back to the first and second film and getting that original feel, the original Indy, something dense and epic.”

If you missed the theatrical release back in June, you can still enjoy the movie. In fact, you can bring it into your home through Video on Demand right now if you like. We have all the details here.
If you prefer physical media to digital downloads, you are not alone, and you are in luck. Disney just announced when you can own the movie on DVD, Blu-Ray, and 4K. Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny physical media launches in the United States on December 5, 2023.
It is going to be around just in time for the holidays. It might even make a great gift for the Indy fan in your life.

What about Disney+?
Many of you subscribe to Disney+ and are surely wondering when you can enjoy streaming. So far, we do not have an answer. However, if history repeats itself, the Disney+ release date announcement should follow the physical media release date announcement pretty closely.
And, it is possible that the movie will hit Disney+ before it hits the shelves. That was the case with both Elemental and The Little Mermaid even though both Disney+ announcements followed physical release announcements. We shall see if the pattern continues.
