Disney World has been updating their hotels and adding new and unique offerings for their Guests. Now, Guests may be able to experience some new offerings during their next stay.
Disney Resort Hotels
Disney World Resort is always trying to find new ways to entice people to stay on property. Some ways they do that are by having some select offering that Guests will not experience staying offsite.
These offerings can range from food offerings and discounts, exclusive Disney activities, early park hours, late night hours for select Guests, and even resort discounts.

Resort Blend Finally Arrived
Joffrey’s previously shared that the 50th blend would be repackaged and renamed to the Resort Blend! Read about the change HERE.
This repackaged and renamed blend has FINALLY made its way into the resorts! Last week, we saw this delicious blend in both Saratoga Springs Resort and Animal Kingdom Lodge – Jambo House.
“Hey Disney!” in Select Hotels
“Hey Disney!” is starting to make its way into select resorts as well. Last week, we found Hey Disney at Saratoga Springs Resort but not at Animal Kingdom – Jambo House.
The “Hey Disney!” device comes with a small instruction pamphlet which gives you the basics of what it can do. There is a button on the top of the device to turn the microphone on and off. If you don’t want to use the device during your stay, you simply mute the microphone and the device remains in a sleep mode.
My family tried out “Hey Disney!” on our most recent stay. We listened to some stories, jokes, got the weather and park hours. We didn’t use it to order anything for the room (extra towels, etc) as we didn’t need anything extra.
Even though the kids did have fun with it, it wasn’t something that enhanced our stay. It also was not missed when we switched to Animal Kingdom – Jambo House where there wasn’t a “Hey Disney!” device.
