Because this must-have product is already sold out today, you may experience a less-than-magical day at Disney World.
Spring break crowds
Behind Christmas/New Year and the week of Thanksgiving, Spring Break is typically a very busy season at Disney World. The months of March and April bring an influx of crowds and families visiting the parks during school breaks.
While visitors to the parks during this season should pack their patience, as crowd levels are typically high, you may still want to consider a Spring Break trip. Read why Jaelyn thinks so HERE.
It also makes Genie+ a must have.
Must-have product
Yesterday, April 3, Disney Genie+ sold out the earliest that it ever has. As a reminder, guests can purchase Disney Genie+ at 12:00 am the morning of their park day. Many guests wanted to purchase Disney Genie+ early this morning but were shocked at the price.
Previously the highest price for Disney Genie+ at Walt Disney World was $29 per person. Disney has added an extra feature that guests that purchase Disney Genie+ can also enjoy free attraction photos for the day. This benefit made many feel that the price for Disney Genie+ may be a better value.
Guests may be singing a different tune at the new highest price for Disney Genie+. Today, it now costs guests $35 per person just to access Lightning Lane for select attractions. This is a big price jump compared to the previous high of $29.
Another record
Not only did today see a record high price for Genie+, but it also saw a record sell out time! Genie+ sold out this morning shortly before 10:00 am.
In addition, all Individual Lightning Lanes are also sold out, including TRON and Rise of the Resistance. All of this combined is undoubtedly a sign of a very busy day at Disney World today.

Despite the high price, people are still willing to pay whatever the cost to be able to skip the line. What about you? Would you pay $35 for Genie+? Do you think you would get much value out of it if it sells out so quickly? Let us know in the comments below and share this post with a friend.

We were under the impression that pictures were included with Genie+ purchase in February, but were told they were not when we inquired at the parks after purchasing.
