It truly has been “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” as Walt Disney World celebrated its 50th Anniversary for the past 18 months. Disney is beginning to end the celebrations. We will see the end of both Disney’s Enchantment and Harmonious, and even the anniversary ticket cards are being retired.
Last December, Disney announced the final line of 50th Anniversary merchandise. We are now seeing BIG discounts for both the 50th Anniversary Castle playset and the 50th Anniversary Monorail playset at Walt Disney World.
Big Savings on VANS
The very popular VANS brand brought its spin on celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World. Last September, VANS merchandise appeared both on shopDisney and also throughout Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts.
This included shoes for the whole family in various styles and also a whole line of tees celebrating both the VANS brand and their partnership with Disney. The demand was high for this merchandise and many styles sold out quite quickly.
The great news is that now you can save BIG on select 50th Anniversary Vans merchandise for a limited time. When visiting Magic Kingdom, the Main Street Cinema houses the Disney Vault collection along with the VANS merchandise.
A sign indicated that all VANS merchandise is now 40% off and other discounts such as Annual Passholder and Disney Vacation Club can be applied as well. This is a HUGE discount on these great items. A few select styles are still available at these great discounts (including the tee pictured above and below.)
Two of my favorite tees from this collection are also still available. This throwback to the classic characters is simply perfect. With the classic Magic Kingdom font to Mickey Mouse as the band leader this tee is a great way to remember the 50th Anniversary celebration.

Also still available in quite a few various sizes is this tee that beautifully pairs the iconic Vans logo with our favorite pal Mickey Mouse. We love the background for this tee that features both Cinderella Castle and also the retro icon for Walt Disney World.
Finally, the Vans collection is incomplete without a pair of shoes. This child style is still available in many various sizes. Featuring the cool blue Cinderella Castle and the iconic Vans print. Two Mickey Mouse heads are featured on the velcro straps.
After the 40% off Vans merchandise and the Annual Passholder discount, these shoes were less than $25.
Unfortunately, these great discounts are only offered at Walt Disney World and not online. If you are visiting the Parks be on the lookout for these great savings.
