Big Entertainment Changes
Earlier we shared that big entertainment showtime changes were happening at the Magic Kingdom for two dates in particular. On both November 12th and November 13th we see showtime changes for the Festival of Fantasy Parade, Character Cavalcades, and Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire.
You can check out these new showtimes HERE. At the time, we speculated that this may indicate special holiday filming to take place at the Magic Kingdom. We now have confirmed dates for filming.
Confirmed Holiday Filming Dates

Disney has now released dates for holiday filming at Walt Disney World. Holiday filming will take place next week, November 11th through November 13th. Filming will take place for “The Wonderful World of Disney: Magical Holiday Celebration.”
If you have ever hoped to be on television for a Disney Christmas special, you may want to wear your favorite Mickey ears and head to the parks on these dates. There will be special performances in front of Cinderella Castle at the Magic Kingdom sporadically throughout these dates.
Holiday filming will take place next week, November 11th through November 13th at Walt Disney World.
It is important to note that many entertainment options are altered for this filming and higher crowds are anticipated.
