Everyone loves more time at the theme park. Check out which hours have changed so you can maximize your fun!
Park Hours
The Kenny the Pirate writing team shares the latest theme park hours as Disney releases them. These initial hours are a great way to begin preparing for your trip. Disney World frequently extends their park hours and adjusts them for crowd levels. Sometimes you can get a little more extra park time! Take a look at which hours have changed below.
EPCOT
Instead of opening at 9:00am, EPCOT will now open at 8:30am from October 30 through November 24 (with the exception of November 6). EPCOT closing time stays the same at 9:00 pm.
Magic Kingdom
Magic Kingdom will now open at 8:00 am instead of 9:00 am on October 30 and 31. However, it closes at 6:00pm both days for the Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Magic Kingdom will open an hour earlier at 8:00 am on the following dates:
- November 8, 10, 11, 14, 15, 17, 18, 20, 22, 27, 29
- December 1-2
Not only are morning hours extended, but on select non-party nights Magic Kingdom remains open until 11:00pm now! Check out the dates below:
- November 4–7, 9, 12, 13, 16, 19, 21, 23–26, 28, 30
- December 3
Because of this, extended evening hours for deluxe Disney World resort guests on November 16, 23, and 30 also extend 2 hours later, from 11:00 pm to 1:00 am.
Animal Kingdom
On select days, guests can enjoy 2 extra hours at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. On October 30, November 4–14, November 17–28 and December 1–3, the park opens an hour earlier at 8:00am and closes an hour later at 8:00pm.
Hollywood Studios
Originally scheduled to open at 9:00 a.m., the park will now open at 8:30 am on the following dates:
- October 30 and 31
- November 1-5
- November 7 – December 10
