Cooking Classes for Kids

A Disney World restaurant is offering cooking classes for kids who are at least 5 years old all the way up to 12 years old. Not only will they have an entire hour to create their own food, but they get their very own chef hat and apron!

Terralina Crafted Italian is a restaurant located at Disney Springs. Unfortunately, their cooking classes have been on pause, but they are returning! Your little chef can embrace Italian food and culture by making their own pizza. Executive Chef Justin Plank will be there to work with your child!

This is not your average pizza kit, either! Children (and their required accompanied adult) will use fresh ingredients to create this pizza. Then, they will get to enjoy their creation with a drink and sundae! Yum!

The first class returns on June 25, but unfortunately classes are already sold out. The cost is $30 per child and runs from 11:00 to 12:00 on this date. It looks like tickets just went on sale yesterday, June 4, and they sold out pretty quickly.

The $30 pricing seems very reasonable for the experience. What a wonderful activity to participate in on a rest day or while spending the day at Disney Springs!

If this is something your child would be interested in, be sure to follow Terralina Crafted Italian on their social media channels and check their website periodically. I do not see any additional cooking classes on their website at the time of posting.

Has your child ever done one of these cooking classes? Do you hope to participate in a future class? Let us know in the comments below and on Facebook.
