Fans of Buddy vs Duff 2 are in for a real treat this weekend, and it’s guaranteed to be full of galactic fun and will be coming to you from a galaxy far, far away!
For anyone not familiar with the reality competition show, it brings together two of the biggest stars from the baking world together for some fierce and awesome competition.
Buddy Valastro, from Cake Boss and Duff Goldman, from Ace of Cakes face off to see who can be the ultimate champion.
Fans of Buddy vs. Duff 2 will be excited to know that the 90-minute finale on the Food Network will air on Sunday, May 3 at 9 p.m./8c and will be hosted by Billy Dee Williams.
Judges will reveal the winner of this year’s competition right from Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge!
Earlier this year, the two stars were commissioned by Kirsten Makela, Art Director with Walt Disney Imagineering to create a cake of galactic sized proportions to celebrate May the 4th, better known to Star Wars fans as Star Wars Day.
The teams of Buddy and Duff were invited to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland Resort. While there, they were able to take in all of the awesome attractions, food and activities the land has to offer!
The special guests were able to experience Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run. They even were able to build their own light sabers and droids and eat inside Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo.
With Star Wars Day coming up real soon, there is sure to be a lot of fun entertainment, activities and offerings!
The Rise of Skywalker is making its way to Disney+ on May 4th. You will now be able to watch the entire Star Wars series all in one place.
