Celebrate all things Pixar with Disneyland After Dark! Come check out all the fun offerings, food, characters, and more!
Disney’s California Adventure park is offering several After Dark events this year. So far guests have been able to enjoy 80s Nite, and next week Sweethearts Nite will take place!
Pixar Nite will take place on March 5 from 9:00 pm to 1:00 am. All things Pixar Animation will be celebrated! Let’s see what all will be offered!
Limited-Time Food
Blueberry and vanilla shakes and chocolate and coffee-flavored sponge cake will be offered. I am picking up some Monsters Inc. vibes!
For savory options, try the corn dog barbecued pork belly with pineapple.
I don’t know what the treat is on the top left side of the above photo, but it does look yummy!
Dance Parties
Is it even a Disneyland After Dark event if there’s no dancing? Join our favorite pals from Monster Inc. and Monsters Inc. University for a Scare Day dance party!
Paradise Gardens Park will also be hosting an Incredibles Party Zone for a retro-cool vibe.
Visionary designer, Eda Mode, will be judging a fashion show so come dressed in your very best Incredibles attire!
Characters
Several Pixar characters will be available to meet at Disneyland After Dark! Buzz Lightyear and Woody, Merida from “Brave,” Miguel from “Coco” (WOW!), Flik from “A Bugs Life,” and so many more!
Photo Opportunities
According to Disney Parks Blog, you’ll step into playful photo backdrops featuring your favorite films and some classic Pixar shorts, including “For the Birds,” “Geri’s Game,” as well as other immersive locations!
You’ll also receive unlimited digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass photos taken during the event so snap away!
Merchandise
Sadly, we did not get any sneak peeks of event-exclusive merchandise that will be available during Pixar Nite. A special tee and keepsake tumbler will be available, though.
Low Wait Times
Of course, any special-ticketed event means lower attendance than a normal park day! Enjoy low wait times to many California Adventure park attractions. You can enter as early as 5:00 pm.
Did you hear Soarin’ will revert back to its original version for a limited time?! Enjoy Soarin’ Over California during Food & Wine Festival. Disneyland After Dark: Pixar Nie takes place right in the middle! Enjoy!
