Have you had an opportunity to try the fan-favorite Mickey-shaped beignets from Disney's Port Orleans Resort-French Quarter? They are incredible! Guests at Walt Disney World don't hesitate to make the special trip over to the French Quarter for these fluffy, fried favorites!
Beignets are a fan-favorite snack at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland. The classic beignets are delicious, but guests can also enjoy great seasonal flavors as well, such as peppermint for Christmas and a fun St. Patrick's Day treat.

Refurbishment
Scat Cat's Club Cafe is now set to close on October 6, 2026, for a refurbishment.
Typically on the weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), guests can enjoy great jazz music during the evenings at Scat Cat's Club Lounge, and unfortunately, this fun experience will be unavailable during this closure.
Disney expects Scat Cat's Club Cafe to reopen this December, while Scat Cat's Club Lounge will reopen in January 2027.
Where to find beignets?
Although this refurbishment news is not so magical, we have good news for you. Guests can still find delicious Mickey-shaped beignets at Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory during this closure.
Starting October 6, 2026, Scat Cat's Club-Cafe and Scat Cat's Club- Lounge will close for a refurbishment.
For Guests, hoping to enjoy Scat Cat's Club Lounge, a bar will be available near the lounge from 5:00 pm until 11:00 pm.
