For Cool KIDS' SUMMER, Disney shared that a brand-new character interactive experience is coming to Magic Kingdom.

Join Jessie, Woody, and friends for some energetic fun at Jessie's Roundup, where you'll craft, dance, and yodel your hearts out in this western revue.

This was a great spot for Guests to enjoy fun character interactions while also enjoying air conditioning inside the Diamond Horseshoe. With Cool KIDS' SUMMER ending on September 8, 2026, dining will return to Diamond Horseshoe with a twist.

The showstopper is the savory charcuterie board (pictured above). Disney shared this and a beverage menu back at the beginning of August. Now Disney shares a full menu of "small bites":

  • Glazed Sticky Ribs with cowboy beans and jalapeño crisps
  • Queso Fundido with Barbecue Burnt Ends with warm tortilla chips
  • Sweet Golden Corn Fritters with cilantro ranch dressing and red chili honey
  • Chipotle Chicken Tostada with queso fresco, lime crema, and pickled cactus salsa
  • Mini Hot Dog Platter: Wrapped in pastry served with tortilla chips and a side of queso

It appears that the beverage menu may outweigh the actual food options when Diamond Horseshoe reopens.

Guests of all ages can enjoy these non-alcoholic specialty beverages:

  • Orange Cream Soda: Fanta Orange with vanilla and cream
  • Caramel Root Beer with Sweet Cream: Barq's Root Beer flavored with caramel, and topped with sweet cream
  • Enchanting Ember Lemonade: Minute Maid Premium Lemonade, strawberry, and hot honey
  • Enchanted Grove Lime Splash: Minute Maid Limeade, cucumber, and mint

  1. I still think they should do an old school steakhouse with a cowboy flair in that spot, but that's probably considered "too old fashioned" for modern Disney.
