Magic Kingdom Hits Capacity for Two Dates

Guests hoping to enjoy extra nighttime magic will be disappointed. Find out which two dates are now sold out at Magic Kingdom.

You are planning a trip to Walt Disney World! You have your resort room booked, and transportation planned, and the next big decision is which parks to visit. One great way to decide which park to visit is the Crowd Calendar available on Character Locator.

Secondly, Park hours are a great way to plan which park you would like to visit each day. Walt Disney World posts standard park hours in advance, often extending these park hours. 

Lastly, check the Park Reservation calendar. This is another good step to see how busy the parks may be.

Disney After Hours Events

Walt Disney World also hosts special ticketed events throughout the year, such as After Hours. This allows Guests to have three hours of extra park time!

Note that this is different from Extended Evening Hours, which allow guests staying at Disney's Deluxe Resorts to stay in the parks later.

After Hours allows you to experience shorter wait times for attractions and enjoy complimentary snacks such as ice cream, popcorn, and select drinks.

After Hours Event Sold Out

It appears that After Hours events are gaining popularity at Walt Disney World. The last 2 remaining After Hours dates at Magic Kingdom, July 13th and July 27th, have now sold out, meaning that they have reached capacity for these events.

There are no more After Hours dates at the Magic Kingdom for the rest of 2026 due to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.

All After Hours dates at Magic Kingdom are now sold out for the remainder of 2026.

Ticket prices range (vary by date) from $155 to $179, plus tax. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can save $30 per ticket. Here are the remaining After Hours dates for 2026:

• August 13: $159
• September 16: $155
• September 24: $155
