The bakery has an exceedingly popular everyday menu. But it also features limited-time-only specials each and every month that fans love.
The cookie specials have people lining up around the corner in Disney Springs each day. But it is always worth the wait, especially if you love a soft cookie, a decadent cake slice, or a special cold brew.
3 Special Cookie Flavors for July
Sometimes Gideon's Bakehouse outdoes itself. And, in July, 2026 you can expect a triple-play of goodness.
Gideon's Bakehouse is launching not one, but 3 limited-time offerings this month! And of course, you can still enjoy special cakes and cold brews.
First up is the Orange Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookie! This incredibly flavorful favorite will ONLY be available from July 1st to the 10th. So, hurry in if you want one.
