Why August 27th Is a Big Day at EPCOT
There are a few dates that Disney fans need to add to their calendars, and trust us, August 27th is a BIG one.
Epcot International Food and Wine Festival
It's time to eat and drink around the World! Teams of Disney chefs and mixologists have been testing, tasting, and collaborating to create a variety of culinary delights.
The highlight of the festival is of course the new concepts and menu items at Global Marketplaces located throughout EPCOT. We love seeing how Disney incorporates new dishes and drinks with returning favorites.
But, the festival isn't just eating and drinking! There are so many other neat experiences to indulge in.
Returning Favorites
Eat to the Beat concert series (and the dining packages) will return in 2026, so be sure to check back for the list of performers when they become available!
Two great scavenger hunts will also return: Remy's Hide and Squeak, and Emile's Fromage Montage.
While Disney chefs continue to work on the menu, we now have confirmation that these favorite dishes will return this year:
- Street Corn-style Dumplings: Chicken Dumplings with Tomatillo Salsa Verde, Street Corn Salad, Cotija, Lime Crema, and Cilantro (Gyozas of the Galaxy)
- Grilled Bushberry-spiced Shrimp Skewer with Sweet-and-Sour Vegetables and Coconut-Chilie Sauce (Australia)
- Kirschwasser Torte with Cherry-Brandy Buttercream, Fondant, Sugared Almonds, and Cherry Compote (The Alps)

Disney just released dates for this wonderful festival! This year, EPCOT's 2026 Food and Wine Festival runs from August 27th through November 21, 2026.
