Change Coming To Magic Kingdom's Fireworks
If you are heading to the parks in the next couple of months, you are going to want to read this. Magic Kingdom is making a change to its fireworks. Find out what you need to know.
Happily Ever After

Happily Ever After is the night time show at Magic Kingdom. This fireworks showcase brings Disney stories to life. With fireworks and projections on Cinderella Castle and even down Main Street, U.S.A.
Disney states: Happily Ever After starts with a dream... and takes you on an unforgettable journey that captures the heart, humor and heroism of many favorite Disney animated film.
It is an 18 minute show that features lights, projections, lasers and fireworks! Stories you will see include: Aladdin, Big Hero Six, Brave, Frozen, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, The Incredibles, The Lion King, The Little Mermaid, Moana, Mulan, Tarzan, The Princess and the Frog, Toy Story, Up, WALL-E, Wreck-It-Ralph, and Zootopia.
Happily Ever After Time Change

Disney will be adjusting Happily Ever After's showtime beginning March 8, 2026. On March 8th, Happily Ever After will shift to 9:30 PM (previously 9 PM).
Happily Ever After will begin at 9:30 PM starting on March 8th.
This is an expected change, as Disney changes the show's time throughout the year depending on when the sunsets. This change falls on the beginning of Daylight Savings Time.
What Does This Mean to You

Nobody does nighttime entertainment quite like Walt Disney World. With Happily Ever After at the Magic Kingdom, Fantasmic! at Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Luminous at EPCOT, there is so much to enjoy as the sun sets.
You may want to adjust your park plans with the new showtime of Happily Ever After beginning March 8, 2026.
With Disney shifting the time for Happily Ever After, it may impact your park plans. You may opt to not catch the fireworks or even see one of the parks' nighttime entertainment. Be sure to plan your park day accordingly with this new adjusted show time.
