Disney to Reduce Showtimes of Starlight Parade at Magic Kingdom
Disney World is making some changes in showtimes for the Disney Starlight parade. Find out what performances will no longer be available.
Disney Starlight Parade
Magic Kingdom fans have been waiting for a nighttime parade since 2016. "Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away" drew inspiration from the rich history of nighttime parades at Magic Kingdom.
"Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away" parade debuted on July 20th at Magic Kingdom.

Parade Reduced to One Showtime a Night
Currently, there are 2 showtimes nightly for this parade, currently at 7:00 pm and 9:45 pm(times subject to change). Showtimes were greatly reduced this fall for both Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party nights and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party nights.
At this time, the Walt Disney World calendar is only showing showtimes through Saturday, January 10, 2026. However, there are several nights that the Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away parade is only showing once a night!
From January 6th through January 8th there is ONLY ONE showing at 7:45 PM.
The parade resumes with two showings on Friday, January 9th, and Saturday, January 10th.
What Does This Mean For You?
It is important to know the showtimes for parades and other shows during your visit. These showtimes are subject to change, but knowing there is only one performance can help you plan accordingly. On nights with only one Disney Starlight parade showing expect the parade route to be crowded!
Plan for the parade to be more crowded on nights with only one showtime.
If you are not planning to watch the parade, this will be a great time to head to some of the headliner attractions. Wait times may be low with many Guests waiting for the one parade showing.
