These Disney Snacks Bring Everyone to The Table
Eating out can be challenging when you have one or multiple food allergies. Disney brings everyone to the table with these fun and allergy friendly snacks.
Eating At Disney With Food Allergies
Navigating any food allergy can be challenging and stressful especially when dining outside your home. Disney World is very accommodating to food allergies.
My family has navigated Disney world with several food allergies. Some of our favorite places include:
- 'Ohana
- Crystal Palace
- Erin McKenna's (not Disney owned but a fabulous option and a must do for us!)
- Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party
- EPCOT's Flower And Garden Festival
Previously, it was even harder to find a Disney inspired snack that could accommodate some of the top nine allergies.
Snacks With Character
On my most recent visit, I happened across an amazing option, Snacks With Character! Snacks With Character. Snacks With Character are Disney snacks that are vegan and allergy friendly (top nine free!). These snack option choices have grown!
There are now chocolates, cookies, several flavors of puffs, and even a marshmallow rice treat.
The puffs come in cheddar, churro, and bbq flavors. There were also dark chocolate squares, and a Mickey shaped marshmallow rice treat. The cookies come in Chocolate Chip and Lemon Burst.
Where to Find Them and How Much?
The Snacks With Character can be found at various gift shops throughout Disney World. I found a small selection at the gift shop at the Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course located near Blizzard Beach.
The best availability and options I found was at the Main Street Confectionery in Magic Kingdom.
When I visited the puffs were $3.79, marshmallow rice treats were $5.99, cookies and chocolate squares were $9.49.
