Muppet Nostalgia Returns to Disney's Hollywood Studios

Jollywood Nights Characters 2025

Disney Jollywood Nights have changed quite a bit since it first debuted. Walt Disney World really listened to comments and concerns from guests to help make this a more magical experience.

For this year, Disney introduces a great new character meet and greet (check out the new characters just added yesterday), along with early access for party guests to enjoy Disney's Hollywood Studios before the event begins.

Muppets at Jollywood Nights

This has been a rough year for the Muppets at Disney's Hollywood Studios with the closing of Muppet Courtyard back in June 2025. Thankfully the Muppets will still delight guests at Jollywood Nights.

One of the most intriguing offerings of this event is the Holidays in Hollywood Muppet Variety Show. First, you get to see the live banter back and forth between Miss Piggy and Kermit. Even if you do not like the Muppets, this show is simply amazing.

This variety show features a live band and talented hosts who dazzle the stage. You can enjoy special appearances by Tiana, Belle from Beauty and the Beast, and Mickey & Minnie Mouse.

This show lasts roughly 30 minutes, and to be honest, we wish it lasted even longer. With stunning costumes, a full glam stage, and Muppet hijinks, this show is a "must-see." Showtimes are 8:15 p.m., 9:15 p.m., 11:00 p.m., and 12:00 a.m.

New Muppet Sundaes

New this year, guests can enjoy either the Kermit Mint Whirl sundae or the Miss Piggy Strawberry Glam sundae, both located at Hollywood Scoops (conveniently located near the Beauty and the Beast theatre that is home to the "Disney Holidays in Hollywood" show.

Both the Kermit Mint Whirl and the Miss Piggy Stawberry Glam will be served at Hollywood Scoops during Jollywood Nights this year.

The Kermit Mint Whirl features mint chocolate chip ice cream, green M&Ms, white chocolate cheesecake, and green apple boba pearls.

Next, the Miss Piggy Strawberry glam includes strawberry ice cream, strawberry cheesecake, pink M&Ms, and strawberry boba pearls. The best part is that both ice cream sundaes are served in a cute Muppet souvenir cup to take home. You can check out more great Muppet Christmas souvenirs HERE.
