It's getting real and we have a first look at what kind of entertainment the Muppets may provide for the re-theme of Rock 'n Roller Coaster.

There has been a lot of speculation swirling around for Disney's Rock 'n' Roller Coaster over at Disney's Hollywood Studios. The attraction has undergone lengthy refurbishments a few times, leading many fans to wonder if a possible re-theme would be announced.
In November, Walt Disney World confirmed a Muppets re-theme of the popular attraction.
This made a way to still keep the Muppets in Disney's Hollywood Studios even with the closure of Muppet Courtyard earlier this summer to make way for Monsters, Inc. land.

Disney indicated that there is still plenty of time to enjoy the attraction as it is now before the re-theming takes place in 2026.
Although Disney did not provide an exact closing date, we expect this may be in early 2026. The new Muppet re-theme is also expected to open in 2026.
Many have questioned what the attraction will look like with Aerosmith being replaced by the Muppets.

Hate it. Of all the themes they could have done for one of the highest thrill rides in all of Disneyworld, they go from one of the greatest rock bands ever to the Muppets? What's thrilling about that? Huge disappointment and waste of an opportunity.
